Bringing grief education to your audience
Community Outreach
Holly speaks at workplaces, schools, civic organizations, and community gatherings across Central Florida — bringing the language and tools of grief recovery to people who need it.
What Holly Offers
Four ways to bring this to your audience
Keynote & talks
A thoughtful, accessible introduction to grief, the Grief Recovery Method, and what people can do when they or someone they love is hurting. Tailored to your audience.
Workshops
A deeper, hands-on session, tailored to your specific event and audience. Participants leave with concrete tools they can use immediately — for themselves and for the people in their care.
Series engagements
For organizations ready to go deeper. A multi-week or multi-month series that walks through the Grief Recovery Method with your team.
Partnerships
Schools, healthcare organizations, EAPs, civic groups — if grief is touching your community, we can build something that fits.

How It Works
From first conversation to event day
Tell us about your audience
You share who you’re bringing together — their roles, what they’re carrying, what you’re hoping they’ll leave with.
Holly shapes the talk to fit
No off-the-shelf decks. Holly tailors content, tone, and depth to your group, your time slot, and your goals.
Holly delivers it
In person at your location, or virtually if needed. Holly handles materials and Q&A; you handle logistics and the room.
Follow-up paths
Attendees who want to go deeper get clear next steps — our public group cohort, individual sessions, or partner programs in their setting.
“Miss Holly is one of the most kind, caring, and compassionate people I ever met. If it wasn’t for her I would not have kept showing up because the class was uncomfortable at times. But she taught me how to process my grief in a healthy manner.”

Common Questions
Frequently Asked
How far in advance should I book Holly?
Two to four weeks of lead time is typical. Tight turnarounds can sometimes be accommodated — ask. Multi-week series engagements need more lead time so we can shape the content together.
Can Holly speak virtually?
Yes. In-person across Central Florida is preferred, but virtual is a real option for organizations outside the service area or with hybrid teams.
Will Holly customize the talk to our specific audience?
Always. There are no off-the-shelf decks. Holly tailors the content, tone, and depth to your audience’s roles, what they’re carrying, and what you want them to leave with.
What audiovisual setup do I need to provide?
For most talks: a microphone if the room needs one, and ideally a way to project slides (though Holly can talk without slides if needed). For virtual: any video platform you prefer.
Does Holly travel outside Central Florida?
Yes, for the right engagement. For organizations beyond Marion, Sumter, and Lake counties, please reach out and we’ll discuss travel logistics.
What’s the typical fee for a speaking engagement?
Speaking fees are scaled to your organization’s size and resources. Restoring Hearts Outreach is a nonprofit, so the goal is always accessibility. Reach out for current pricing.
Can Holly do a Q&A after the talk?
Yes. Q&A is built into most engagements. For sensitive audiences (recently bereaved groups, for instance), we’ll talk through the Q&A approach in advance.
