About Our Programs
Restoring Hearts Outreach offers grief support programs based on the Grief Recovery Method® and other evidence-based educational resources. Our programs are educational and supportive in nature. They are not a substitute for professional mental-health care, medical treatment, or therapy. If you are in crisis or experiencing thoughts of self-harm, please call or text 988 (the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) or contact a licensed mental-health professional.
